作者简介约瑟夫•奈
“软实力之父”，美国著名政治学家，哈佛大学名誉教授，美国前助理国防部长。他最早提出“软实力”概念而闻名，后来又加以发展，提出“巧实力”。目前“巧实力”成为了奥巴马政府外交战略的主轴。
约瑟夫•奈生于1937年，1958年获普林斯顿大学公共事务学学士学位，1960年获英国牛津大学哲学、政治学、经济学硕士学位，1964年获哈佛大学政治学博士学位，毕业后留校任教。1977年，约瑟夫•奈开始步入政坛，之后两年出任卡特政府助理国务卿。1993年至1994年间，他担任克林顿政府全国情报委员会主席，1994年至1996年任美国助理国防部长。约瑟夫•奈有多部经典作品问世，包括《软实力》、《巧实力》和《权力大未来》等。
