埃蒙和萝丝：一夜好眠第一季剧情

Married couple Eamonn Holmes and Ruth Langsford set about resolving their sleeping disorders whilst helping some of the nation’s worst sleepers along the way. Eamonn and Ruth meet sleep experts who are determined to help them: Ruth buddies up with a woman who’s snoring is so bad it’s as loud as a low flying aircraft and Eamonn meets the sleep expert who helps Olympic athletes by encouraging them to nap as much as possible wherever they are.
