博耶（Carl B. Boyer，1906~1976），杰出的数学史家，国际科学史研究院院士。1939年在哥伦比亚大学获得博士学位，1952年任布鲁克林学院数学教授，1957~1958年担任美国科学史学会副主席。主要研究数学史和科学史，主要著作有《微积分概念发展史》《解析几何学史》和《彩虹：从神话到数学》。
