保罗·J.席尔瓦（Paul J.Silvia），心理学家，2001年在美国堪萨斯大学获心理学博士学位。主要从事情绪心理学，特别是事物趣味性究因、情绪在艺术中的作用，以及情绪与个性关系的研究。曾获得柏兰奖（Berlyne Award）、美国心理学会第十分会（审美、创造与艺术心理学分会）颁发的杰出青年心理学家奖。著有《兴趣心理学探索》（2006）、《自我意识与归因》（与T.S.Duval合著，2001）。在闲暇时，他喜欢喝咖啡，陪伴伯尔尼山犬莉亚，享受不写作的时光。胡颖，华东师范大学对外汉语学院硕士毕业，从事国际教育项目管理与研究，现居美国。
