焦兵，1981年出生，安徽凤台人，中国社会科学院研究生院国际关系专业博士，现为中国社会科学杂志社编辑、副研究员，研究方向为国际关系理论与中国外交，在《世界经济与政治》《国际论坛》《国际展望》《江汉论坛》《西亚非洲》等刊物发表多篇论文。
